Dear Sir,
With due respect, I beg to state that I am a student of class X of your school. My father is a poor farmer. Last year, crops grew well. But this year there has been a crop failure due to flooding. So the income of my father has tremendously declined. So I failed to pay tuition fees for the month of June 2025 in due time.

In the circumstances, I earnestly request you to remit the delay fine and permit me to pay the fees now and oblige.
