I beg to state that I had been a student of your school. I passed the PEC Examination from your school in 2011 and got GPA 5. My Roll Number was Khul-16250.

I got A+ in all subjects, I also took active part in games and sports and other co-curricular activities. Now I want to get myself admitted to a renowned high school. So, I need a testimonial.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to issue me a testimonial referring to my academic records, character and co-curricular activities and oblige thereby.
