Dear Sir,
I have the honor to state that there is no student common room in our school and we cannot read newspapers, journals, and magazines in our off periods. We cannot play indoor games like ludu, chess, carom, etc. either. So, we badly need a students' common room for our recreational activities. It goes without saying that a student's common room is a part and parcel of an educational institution.

I would, therefore, request that you take the necessary steps to open a student common room in the school and oblige us thereby.
